Delete your account
Most people never make an account at all — Jolt's limits, nudges and blocks all work signed out, and nothing leaves the phone. If you did create one, here is how to remove it.
In the app
Open Jolt and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and then to re-verify your phone number, because deletion cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number it was created with, and we will delete it within [30] days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: phone number, email address and display name
- Your synced settings, tracked apps, limits, schedules and categories
- Your daily usage history, and the installed-app list if you were supervised
- Any invite codes you created
- The account itself
If you supervise anyone, they are released first and go back to managing their own limits. If someone supervises you, they are told that you left, in the same way as if you had left manually.
What is not deleted
The limits and history stored on your own phone. They were never on our servers, and they stay until you delete them in the app or uninstall it — which is also how you remove them.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, if you have one. Those are managed in the Play Store under Subscriptions.
